Vinyl records are not just a medium for music, but a whole ritual and a unique listening experience. They are chosen for their warm, "live" analog sound that preserves the full spectrum of sound without digital loss. The listening process - from choosing a record to the moment the needle touches the disc - creates a special atmosphere that transports you to a time of true musical magic.

How to care for vinyl records so they last a long time?
To keep your vinyl records in great condition for years, follow these simple tips: * Store records vertically in clean sleeves, away from direct sunlight and moisture. * Before playing, gently remove dust with an anti-static brush. * Use a clean stylus and a turntable with properly adjusted tonearm pressure. * Avoid sudden temperature changes and contact with liquids. Proper care ensures clear sound and long-lasting enjoyment of your collection.

Can I listen to the record before buying?
Yes, usually you can — if the album is already available for streaming (for example, on Spotify or other services), you can listen to it before purchasing on our website. However, there are cases when we are talking about archival releases that are only available on physical media — vinyl, CD or cassette. Such releases are not available for online streaming, so their true sound can only be appreciated after purchasing and playing on the appropriate equipment.

Do you have contemporary artists or only classics?
We don't limit ourselves to genres — and we don't limit others. We have everything from electronica, rock and indie to pop, metal and experimental. Which player is suitable for a beginner who is just starting to get acquainted with vinyl?
If you’re just starting your journey with vinyl, choosing the right turntable is crucial, as it affects both sound quality and the longevity of your records. Here are the main features to pay attention to: 1. Drive Type: * Belt-drive – quiet and smooth, with minimal vibration; ideal for home listening. * Direct-drive – quick start and stable speed; often preferred by DJs, though usually a bit more expensive. 2. Tonearm and Stylus: * Look for a tonearm with adjustable tracking force and anti-skate, which ensures the stylus sits properly in the groove, reduces record wear, and delivers clean sound. * Use a quality stylus and keep it clean — a dirty or worn stylus can damage records and compromise audio. 3. Audio Output: * Some turntables include a built-in phono preamp, allowing direct connection to regular speakers. * If you have a separate Hi-Fi system, make sure the turntable has a phono output or can connect via an external preamp. 4. Build Quality and Stability: * The turntable should be sturdy, free of wobble or vibration. * Choose reputable entry-level brands (Audio-Technica, Pro-Ject, Rega, Fluance) for reliability and sound quality. 5. I placed an order and my record still hasn't arrived, who can I contact?
Get in touch with us via the website form or on social media — our team will let you know the status of your order, delivery times, and when you can enjoy your new record. If you ordered a pre-release vinyl, the release date is listed on the product page.

What is a pre-order?
We are opening pre-orders for our upcoming releases so you can be the first to get your hands on the record. The benefits of pre-ordering are a discounted price and the opportunity to own exclusive copies autographed by the artists.

When will my order be shipped?
We usually ship orders within 1-3 business days. Occasionally, there may be issues that delay the shipping of orders. We will do our best to contact you regarding any delays. If you have pre-ordered, your order will be shipped within a week of the release date.

I placed an order, how do I know if my copy with autographs?
When ordering, please indicate your question in the comments, or contact our managers by phone. We recommend placing an order after the start of sales to receive an autographed copy,

Why does the record look different than the product photo on your website?
The photos on our website are mock-ups taken prior to the actual production of the records. As such, there are often slight differences between the mock-up and the final product. Pressing colored vinyl is an imperfect process that often results in slight variations in color and style. Colored vinyl can often have patches of black or other colors. This is not considered a defect.

I ordered other items with my previous order. Can you split my order and send the other items earlier?
Yes. Please indicate this in the notes when placing your order, or contact our managers by phone or email.

How do I cancel my order?
You can do this in your personal account, or please send an email or call us with your order number and we will take care of the cancellation for you.

We accept card payments on the website, cash on delivery (COD), and bank transfers to our account (wire transfer).

Yes, cash on delivery is available for orders within Ukraine according to the terms of the selected delivery service.

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta (to a branch or post machine) and Ukrposhta (to a branch). Self-pickup is also available from our corners across Ukraine.

Returns and exchanges

Do you offer returns and exchanges?
Please note: Printed products (books, magazines) and media carriers (vinyl records, CDs, and cassettes) of proper quality are not subject to exchange or return according to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994. However, we always strive to accommodate our customers. We offer exchanges and returns if a particular release is already in your collection or if you would like to swap it for another record. You can contact us to arrange a return, provided the record has not been used and the original packaging remains intact. Products can be returned within 14 days after receipt.

Can I exchange a vinyl record, cassette, or CD for another release?
An exchange is possible if the desired release is in stock, with an additional payment if necessary or for an equivalent amount. Please contact our support team to arrange the exchange.

What to do if the item was damaged during delivery?
If the item arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery, as every parcel is insured, and contact us. We will arrange a replacement if the item is in stock or a refund after the damage is verified. Please do not ignore the refusal at the post office, as in most cases, the postal service is responsible for the damage.

What to do if the item is defective?
In case the item arrives defective, please contact our manager to resolve the issue. We provide the opportunity to exchange the defective item for an identical one or issue a refund upon request.

How to arrange a return or exchange?
To return or exchange an item, use the "Easy Return" feature via the Nova Poshta service, or contact us via email or the phone number listed in the contacts. We will provide instructions and confirm the next steps.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to a defect or damage, we cover the shipping costs. In the case of a return for other reasons (for example, you changed your mind), the shipping cost is paid by the buyer.

After receiving and inspecting the item, the refund is processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

International delivery

Can I order international shipping?
Yes, of course! We offer shipping services outside of Ukraine. When placing your order, provide your personal details, and our manager will contact you to clarify all the details and help choose the most suitable shipping service. Rates and delivery times depend on the service you select.

International shipping of our products is available via Ukrposhta, Nova Poshta, Meest Express, and other services depending on your region. Our managers will gladly help you choose the most suitable option.

Regardless of the logistics company you choose, the shipping payment is made in the country of origin and after the manager has calculated the cost. Payment is made to the account.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order has been shipped, the package is no longer under our control, and we must rely on the selected shipping service for timely delivery. Delivery times may range from a few days up to 3 weeks, depending on your location and logistics. Packages to the USA typically take 10–20 days, while deliveries within Europe usually arrive within 4–10 days, again depending on your location and chosen service. We recommend using Nova Poshta for European countries, UkrPoshta Prime for worldwide delivery with tracking, and Meest Express for delivery to the USA and Canada within up to 10 days.

Production takes place at the official GZ Media factory in the Czech Republic — one of the world’s leading vinyl pressing plants.

What is the minimum pressing for a record?
The minimum pressing for vinyl records is 300 copies. CD and cassettes runs are discussed individually.

What services do you provide during production?
We offer a full production cycle: from mastering and pressing to design, content creation, booklet preparation, and quality control at every stage.

Can I approach you with only my recordings?
Yes, of course! We are happy to work with any material, even if you only have your recordings. Our team will help prepare them for release on physical media.

How long does production take?
Production usually takes 3–4 months, including pressing, packaging, and test press approval.
