Every product undergoes thorough inspection before shipment. If you discover a defect or discrepancy with the description, notify us within 14 days, and we will promptly resolve the issue. You can exchange the product for a similar one or return it and receive your money back.
For return or exchange, the product must be in its original condition, without signs of use, with preserved packaging and all accessories. Please provide a document confirming the purchase. Refunds are processed within 10 business days after receiving the product.

Please note: Printed products (books, magazines) and information media (vinyl records, CDs, and cassettes) of proper quality are not subject to exchange and return according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine №172 dated March 19, 1994.
