The Ritual of Awakening. Ukrainian Folk and Mystical Electronica.

Vesnyanky is a compilation project aimed at establishing harmony between people and the natural forces of spirits and gods in which ancient Slavs believed. In this release, modern electronica is combined with ancient melodies, creating a hypnotic, rhythmic, and mystical sound.

This collection was created under the guidance of Tania "Sha" Shamshetdinova and features almost exclusively female voices, which is not accidental. Singing Vesnyanky (Spring Ritual Songs), making magical movements, breathing life into nature, exhaling streams of warmth and hope—is a female prerogative. All songs of the calendar-ritual cycle have practical, magical, and spiritual significance. Ancient Slavs believed that these words and melodies established harmony between man and the environment, influencing natural forces, spirits, and gods. And we believe that the energy collected in these songs and voices will nourish and inspire you throughout the year.

“Vesnyanky” is part of the project from ТІЛЬКИТАК Records in the series of calendar-ritual songs in modern sound and is the second record. Stylistically, it is a titanic work of combining ethno-rock, electronic motifs, and folklore texts. The album Vesnyanky is a conscious example of a dialogue between modern Ukrainian music and its own roots.

For the first time on vinyl from ТІЛЬКИТАК Records. Incredible cover design created by Daria Petrovska. The edition includes a booklet with song lyrics and an insert describing the customs and traditions performed in spring. Produced in the pink color of blooming, the 180g vinyl totals 299 copies.

It is externally adorned with a hand-numbered Obi-Strip, which adds collectible value.
