Nina Matviienko’s artistic career spans over 60 years. During this time, she became a People’s Artist of Ukraine and a recipient of the Shevchenko Prize. Her recognizable voice is a symbol of the depth of folk song, serenity, and heartfelt sincerity. She has preserved and conveyed to contemporary listeners the priceless cultural heritage of Ukrainian folklore. The album “From Mother’s Hands” is a gentle musical collection of 21 tracks, full of warmth and comfort. It features songs about mothers, childhood, and enduring love. At the heart of the album are lullabies and Ukrainian folk songs, passed down from generation to generation as a talisman – from mother to child, from heart to heart.
Released for the first time on vinyl by ТІЛЬКИТАК Records, this edition is produced on double 180g vinyl in red and yellow, complementing the cover design. The Gatefold packaging is inspired by the original CD release, featuring credits and illustrations by Maria Prymachenko. The vinyl is pressed at 45 RPM to ensure maximum depth of sound. Limited edition of 299 copies, each including a full-size poster.
The exterior features a hand-numbered Obi-Strip, enhancing the collectible value of this release.
