Iryna Bilyk is an iconic Ukrainian performer who gained popularity thanks to bold experiments and a recognizable musical style. Ya Rozkazhu (I Will Tell) is the singer's second full-length album, combining melodic emotionality with arrangements that were modern at the time.

Iryna Bilyk's career began in 1988, and already a year later, she participated in the cult Chervona Ruta '89 festival. She quickly achieved success and became one of the symbols of the new Ukrainian pop music of the 1990s. Thanks to her innovative methods and style, Iryna Bilyk often acted as a trendsetter in the music sphere. As a songwriter, she wrote many songs herself, which gave her lyrics a special, candid, and deeply emotional quality that was uncharacteristic of many of her contemporaries.

Ya Rozkazhu is a continuation of the singer's most intimate and lyrical pop ballads. Sincerity, depth of experience, and the singer's incredible charisma are felt in each of the eight songs on the album. The album combines elements of pop music and romantic lyrics, which made it a favorite among listeners of several generations. The most famous song, which gave the album its name—"Ya Rozkazhu"—became Iryna Bilyk's true signature song and still remains in the hearts of her fans.

This edition from ТІЛЬКИТАК Records was created as a tribute to this legendary work and is executed with maximum attention to detail. The record is produced in blue and pressed on 180g vinyl. The edition totals 399 copies, supplemented with a booklet of song lyrics and a photo insert, the first 99 of which contain the performer's autograph.

It is externally complemented by a manually numbered Obi-Strip to emphasize the collectible component of the release.
