Sick Solution — Hardcore Yakuza | Vinyl & Cassette

Uncompromising Ukrainian hardcore where speed, aggression, and discipline turn into an explosive burst of energy.

Sick Solution — Ukrainian hardcore without compromise

Sick Solution is a contemporary Ukrainian hardcore band from Vinnytsia, founded in 2016. The band started as a post-hardcore/metalcore act and shifted its sound in 2020, focusing on metallic hardcore.

Sick Solution’s music combines metallic hardcore, beatdown, and post-hardcore with elements of metalcore, rap, and samples. The band deliberately distances itself from traditional old-school hardcore, instead embracing a new wave of heavy music — fast, aggressive, and highly energetic.

Short tracks, heavy riffs, breakdowns, guitar solos, and catchy vocal hooks shape Sick Solution’s distinctive sound. The band’s lyrics often take the form of concise manifestos and address social issues.

Hardcore Yakuza — an album about death, nihilism, and self-destruction

Hardcore Yakuza is Sick Solution’s debut full-length album, consisting of 11 main tracks.

The concept of the album is inspired by the image of the Japanese Yakuza and follows an antihero who passes through all seven deadly sins before ultimately dying.

The album immerses the listener in a world of death, nihilism, loss of faith in humanity, self-destruction, and blood. Biblical and satanic symbolism intensifies the dark atmosphere of the story and creates a cohesive vision of the release.

The record contains 11 tracks. Side B features instrumental versions of all 11 compositions.
