TUCHA has released her debut album Lyrics of Love about… love!
TUCHA (real name — Mariia Tuchka) is a Ukrainian singer, electronic musician, songwriter and music producer based in Kyiv. Her music combines elements of darksynth, EBM and art pop. She is known for her bold lyrics, social stance, and active support of the LGBTQ+ community. Host and co-author of the YouTube show Slei Show on Suspilne. Super bitch, slayer, bestie<3
Lyrics of Love is TUCHA’s most candid and vulnerable work to date, celebrating love in its many forms and moods. It is a bold, emotionally raw album that reflects the chaos, tenderness, rage and beauty of contemporary femininity. Each track captures a different emotional state — from nostalgia for girlhood to feminist fury, from romantic tenderness to mental burnout. The release arrives at the peak of summer, reflecting both inner heat and outer intensity. Perfect for late-night reflections, inspiring walks, or dancing through emotional release.
“Liryka Liubovi is the central track of the album, and honestly, it made me uncomfortable at first. I’m not someone who writes about love (that sweet kind), but at that moment I felt it — completely. I was filled with love, soaked in it, I idealized it. And in its naivety, it was perfect. To be intoxicated by the lyricism of love and allow yourself to romanticize it. After all, we all do it.”
The release will be available in two versions in collaboration with TILKYTAK Records in a maximum configuration:
- Hot Love Vinyl — orange 180g vinyl in a gatefold edition. Each copy includes Lyrics of Love and Comet posters, an exclusive page from TUCHA’s personal diary, and a signed insert. Edition of 49 copies.
- Light Love Vinyl — light blue semi-transparent splatter 180g vinyl in a gatefold edition. Copies include Lyrics of Love and Comet posters, as well as a photo insert. Edition of 199 copies, the first 49 signed by the artist.
The record is cut at 45 RPM.
